Account access
Request a password-reset email. If you cannot access your inbox, use your saved recovery code. Never share your password, recovery code or email links with anyone.
Missing lessons or saving problems
Check that you are signed in to the account used to create the lesson. In My Lessons, clear search and status filters. If a lesson shows unsaved changes, keep the tab open and reconnect before signing out or clearing browser data.
School invitations
Use the email address named in your invitation. Ask the school owner to check available seats or issue a new invitation if the link has expired. Your personal lessons remain private.
Contact support
Include the page, what you were trying to do, the error message and your browser. Remove student information and account secrets from screenshots.
